How long does shipping take within Canada?
We offer fast shipping across Canada. Orders to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) arrive within 5-8 business days. Other Canadian destinations typically arrive within 7-12 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes, we ship to select destinations across the United States. Delivery usually takes 8-14 business days. All prices are in CAD, and customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes upon delivery.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Contact our Toronto-based support team at styleopop.ca@gmail.com to request a pre-paid return label. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. For the best fit, we recommend measuring a similar hoodie or sweatshirt you already own and comparing it to our chart. Our unisex collection runs true to size with an relaxed, oversized fit.
Are your products ethically made?
Yes. We partner with ethical production facilities that pay fair wages. Our printing uses water-based inks, and our packaging is 100% recyclable and plastic-free. We also use a print-on-demand model which means zero overstock and zero landfill waste.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your Style O Pop account and view your order status under “My Account” → “Orders.”
